Let’s Do Brunch

After a night of jägermeister shots and chasing tequila with lime, brunch really is the only way to survive the day after and forget all about the shenanigans of the night before.

During the summertime, one of the best brunch places in Toronto is Bodega Restaurant, where it is possible to spot Jack Layton, or wealthy socialites, sipping on mimosas on the Baldwin Street patio. The menu includes items like roasted beet salad, warm goat cheese crostini, escargots, quiche du jour, french toast, and omelettes.

In Vancouver, the Yaletown restaurant Subeez is a good option. Decorated with eclectic quasi-Judeo-Christian art, the restaurant has a well-stocked bar and a good selection of organic entrees like florentine benedict, smoked salmon benedict, and stuffed strawberry french toast.
