Pretty people dressed in white converged on The Guvernment nightclub in Toronto to get a look at the latest roster of models represented by Toronto-based Elmer Olsen Model Management. 

Dubbed “Bootcamp 2 Bigtime,” the event brought some of the top model scouts from Milan, London, New York, and Brazil to see the talent and to celebrate the fourth anniversary of the agency. The party at The Guvernment was the public side of the event, but the entire day was devoted to teaching the young models the ins and outs of the business.

The event started with some words from Elmer Olsen himself. The models then made a dramatic entrance through the crowd and onto the stage. The uniform of the night for men were white pants and a matching T-shirt and, for women, a flirty, silver-sequined minidress. Set to a poundingTimbaland beat, each model walked the runway for closer inspection by the crowd and embedded agents.

After the show, the models mingled and chatted with the partygoers. They danced for a little while before being ushered off, ensuring maximum beauty sleep.
