Nicole Bridger

The much-anticipated Nicole Bridger show stormed the BC Fashion Week stage with a collection that was utterly divine. Soft earthy tones such as pale blue, cream, shades of beige, and khaki greens along with mushroom and petrol blues graced the catwalk. Models floated along the runway in clothes that made layering and uneven hemlines, wider silhouettes with cinched-in waists look incredibly feminine in a warrior-chic kind of way.

It was look after stunning look that had the audience in awe at how easy the designer made dressing comfortable in natural fabrics look modern, sexy, and edgy all at the same time. She mixed soft fabrics with sharp edges and stiffer linens with drooping cowl necklines and made simple cargo pants look slim and sexy. Shirt dresses and tulip style skirts mixed in with bell sleeve tops and uneven hemmed jersey v-neck dresses. She offered everything from day to evening ending the show in gorgeous sleeveless Grecian-style draped chiffon gown that had the crowd gasping for more.

Nicole Bridger did us proud, as she is a designer who in three seasons has built her collections into a powerhouse label.
