Though their various incarnations and formulas continue to amaze us, there’s something almost magical about coming across a perfect liquid eyeliner.  The first tricky part is finding a way to get your hands on a decent one, and second is its convoluted application.

Luckily, a fantastic option is available at nearly every street corner in Canada.  Cover Girl Line Exact is deep and dense, with a delicate tip that makes it easy to draw a teensy little line, or layer it and make it thicker.  After a good shake, a decent amount of formula bleeds through the sponge, making it easy to control.  And as for tackling that winged look?  Piece of cake.
