Jason's designs are very reminiscent of Donna Karen, Lanvin ... etc. Good for him but Vancouver will find it's OWN personal voice. We need not worry about judgment from the world on this front. Vancouver marches to it's own beat, that's why most of the people who live here chose to live here and it's also why people chose to visit. You want to be New York in your style and countenance, move to New York. We cannot be compared to these larger fashion centers as our style is uniquely ours.
